Friday Night Smackdown Loses Another 460K Viewers in Week 3 on FOX

This week’s episode of Friday Night Smackdown was watched by an average of 2.44 million viewers, down a staggering 460,000 from last week’s WWE Draft kickoff.

In the span of two weeks, the show has lost a total of 1.43 million viewers since the series premiere on FOX. To put that number in perspective, that is more than either WWE NXT or AEW Dynamite has done so far on Wednesday nights, and just about double what NXT did this week.

Smackdown’s first hour was watched by 2.39 million people, and rose to 2.49 million in the second hour. The silver lining is that the show was still number one on network television in adults 18-49, with a 0.7 rating in hour one, and a 0.8 rating in hour two.
