Cody Rhodes Reveals He Has Already Turned Down A WWE Contract

During his UK tour, Cody Rhodes was part of a live Something To Wrestle podcast where he discussed his future and what he will do after January.

During the podcast, a fan asked Rhodes about him possibly returning to WWE and The Elite member revealed that he had “passed on the WWE offer a few weeks ago,” seemingly putting an end to the speculation about a possible return.

Cody went on to say that he felt there is a market right now for non-PG wrestling following the success of ALL IN, which is how the rumors of the All Elite Wrestling promotion have come about.

He then went on to tease a possible second ALL IN event that would possibly take place internationally, naming the UK and Australia as the two most likely places.

 “Hypothetically, would it necessarily be ‘All In 2’… or ‘All In: International?” Rhodes continued about the potential of having an international show.

“There are two major territories outside of the US in terms of wrestling: the UK and Australia,” Rhodes said. “If you put up a ring, they will come.”
