Drew McIntyre “Smells Blood” Ahead of His NXT Championship Match With Adam Cole in San Antonio

Ahead of their match tonight at the special NXT event in San Antonio, which will feature Drew McIntyre defending his NXT Championship against the leader of the Undisputed Era, Adam Cole, McIntyre has released a video with some words for his challenger.

The “blood” that McIntyre referred to, was regarding the injury that Cole had sustained at an NXT Live Event in Austin, TX last night where he was legitimately busted open in a 6 man tag match including The Undisputed Era vs. SAniTY.

The match tonight, as previously reported, will feature the two men facing off for the first time in NXT, and will have none other than the Heartbreak Kid, Shawn Michaels, as the special guest referee. The match comes just one day before NXT Takeover: WarGames in which Drew McIntyre is scheduled to defend the NXT Championship against Andrade “Cien” Almas and Cole is scheduled to participate in the 3-way tag team WarGames matchup.
