Inside Vogue Japan’s 20th anniversary celebration in partnership with Bulgari

On Wednesday, September 18, Vogue Japan celebrated its 20th anniversary in style with a birthday bash hosted in partnership with Bulgari, at the lavish and luxurious Bulgari Hotel in Milan.

For the occasion, the esteemed publication – which also plans to mark the milestone with a raft of special content in the magazine, as well as on its website – welcomed fashion-forward guests to a soirée worth attending. 

Hosted by Vogue Japan editor-in-chief, Mitsuko Watanabe, and creative director at large, Anna Dello Russo, together with Bulgari CEO, Jean-Christophe Babin, the exclusive event – complete with a “#TokyoGlam” theme and a “kawaii” dress code – served to kick of the extravaganza that was Milan Fashion Week.

With photographic duo Luigi and Iango, and Attico founder Gilda Ambrosio as special hosts, Sita Abellan providing DJ entertainment, and the likes of Priyanka Chopra, Irina Shayk and Stella Maxwell (above), Vittoria Ceretti, Caro Daur, and Lady Kitty Spencer, together with the Kawaii Monster Cafè girls in attendance, the event proved one that was not to be missed.
