Bordeaux pull out of Luuk de Jong deal
Ligue 1 side Bordeaux have pulled out of a deal with PSV for attacker Luuk De Jong, according to France Football and Sud-Ouest.
This, despite the fact that they had already had two offers rejected for the player and made a 3rd, on Sunday night, worth €7m including bonuses.
Bordeaux have pulled out, with Jocelyn Gourvennec looking for a more versatile signing in the attack.
The solution to that desire could be Lille forward Nicolas de Preville, who has made Bordeaux his priority destination, despite his club accepting a €10m proposal from Rennes.
Lille expect Bordeaux to match Rennes’s offer, otherwise a deal looks unlikely.
