Houston Man Accused Of Offering Dogs For Sex Acts: Police
HOUSTON — Police investigating a case of bestiality arrested a man at his west Houston home who allegedly offered up his dogs to an undercover officer for sexual activities. Police arrested 31-year-old Juan Pablo Tschen at his parents home in West University Place on Thursday.
Police alleged that Tschen offered his dogs to perform sex acts with the undercover officer in an online chat forum.
Police raided Tschen’s home and confiscated three dogs — Bo, a 4-year-old male German Shepherd; Sayhass a 3-year-old Jack Russell Terrier, and Mozzie, a 2-year-old Australian Shepherd.
Those dogs are in the custody of BARC Animal Control, and are undergoing a medical evaluation, officials said.
Tschen was charged with three counts of bestiality, and was later released on a $3,000 bail.
However, officials said there would be more arrests that could tie Tschen to a deeper bestiality probe.
