Katherine Schwarzenegger and Chris Pratt married in custom Giorgio Armani

In case you missed it, Katherine Schwarzenegger, 29, and  star Chris Pratt, 39, tied the knot in an intimate ceremony at San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito, California over the weekend.  

The pair, who began dating just over 12 months ago, before announcing their engagement in January 2019, said “I do” in front of close family and friends wearing custom Giorgio Armani. In an Instagram post following the ceremony, Schwarzenegger and Pratt thanked Armani for creating a “once in a lifetime dress” and “the perfect suit” for their big day. 

“Yesterday was the best day of our lives! We became husband and wife in front of God, our families and those we love,” the newlyweds both wrote alongside an identical image that pictured Pratt in a navy suit and Schwarzenegger in a form-fitting strapless gown, complete with a flowing veil.  

“It was intimate, moving and emotional. We feel so blessed to begin this new chapter of our lives. We are so thankful to our families and our friends who stood with us,” the post continued. “This morning we feel nothing but blessed.”

Per , a source has confirmed that the “romantic” venue, which also happened to be the same location Schwarzenegger’s great uncle John F. Kennedy honeymooned at with wife Jackie, featured “lots of flowers and greenery everywhere.”

“The whole family took wedding photos, including her parents Maria [Shriver] and Arnold [Schwarzenegger]. Everyone just looked so happy,” the source continued, before adding that the reception welcomed a “very vibrant menu.”

Prior to the reception, which per , saw guests dance to Bruno Mars, Neil Diamond and Miley Cyrus, cocktails on the lawn were served while a live band provided entertainment. It was then that Schwarzenegger was spotted riding in a golf cart with Pratt, wearing what looked to be a second wedding dress, featuring thin spaghetti straps. 

“She’s still feeling emotional and overwhelmed by the weekend, in a good way,” another source has since told . “She loves saying ‘husband,’ she can’t believe how much her life has changed since meeting Chris.”

Pratt was previously married to actress Anna Faris from 2009 to 2017, and the pair share a share six-year-old son Jack, who was also in attendance. At this stage, it is unclear whether or not Faris made an appearance on the big day.
