Another Title Match Announced for MLW’s Return to NYC, Updated Event Card

MLW has issued the following:

MJF to defend World Middleweight Championship in triple threat elimination match in New York City versus Jason Cade and Jimmy Yuta

NEW YORK – With Jimmy Yuta and Jason Cade neck and neck in the middleweight division rankings, league officials have granted both men a title shot against World Middleweight Champion Maxwell J. Friedman (with Aria Blake) next Thursday.  MJF will defend the World Middleweight Championship in a triple threat elimination style title bout at MLW FURY ROAD: an MLW Fusion TV taping. MJF, who won the championship this summer in the same venue, will face an unusual challenge in two estranged former tag team partners who are in the midst of their own feud within the middleweight division.

Yuta and Cade, formally known as Team TBD, have been entrenched in a bitter feud since losing in the World Tag Team Championship finals this past June.  Now, they find themselves in the pursuit of gold where teaming up against the defending champion could prove to have its advantages in the match… but will the two be blinded by their anger towards the other?

MJF and his new flame Aria Blake look to exploit the chaos of the feuding Yuta and Cade as he looks to defeat two dynamic middleweights.  How will Aria factor into the match?  The match being elimination style adds another wrinkle.  One thing is for sure: this World Middleweight Championship Title Fight guarantees to be an unpredictable encounter.
