AS Monaco & Besiktas interested in Watford striker Stefano Okaka

Gianluca di Marzio reported last night that Ligue 1 side AS Monaco are interested in the possible signing of striker Stefano Okaka from Watford ahead of next month’s transfer window.

Although Besiktas are in pole position, having formally contacted the player’s brother and agent, Thierry Henry knows the player personally, and that could potentially swing the balance in the Principality’s favour for a player who has represented Premier League side Watford just twice this campaign so far.
