Big Asuka Segment Reportedly Scrapped From WWE Raw, Ric Flair Receives Equestrian Birthday Gift

According to Pro Wrestling Sheet, at the recent Dan Patch Awards in Orlando, FL, WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair was gifted, for his 69th birthday, part ownership of Lost in Time, a race horse owned by Scott Robinson.

Flair was present at the show to give an award to the horse, when he was surprised by Robinson with the gift.

Big Asuka Segment Reportedly Scrapped From WWE Raw Last Night

In addition to Brock Lesnar not appearing on WWE Raw last night, another big segment was scrapped from the show, reports Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio.

Asuka was scheduled to reveal which WWE Women’s Title holder she will challenge at WrestleMania 34, however the segment was scrapped from Raw.

As of now, Charlotte Flair is expected to face to Ruby Riott at WWE Fastlane next month, so it is possible WWE is waiting until after that PPV match for Asuka to make her big WrestleMania 34 match announcement.

In the meantime, The Empress of Tomorrow will be facing Nia Jax on WWE Raw next week in a WWE Elimination Chamber rematch. However, the Raw bout will not carry the WrestleMania stipulation from Elimination Chamber.
