China Wanxiang Qianchao launches innovative bearing detection patented technology to optimize measurement accuracy

Wanxiang Qianchao Co., Ltd. and its affiliated company Zhejiang Wanxiang Precision Co., Ltd. have obtained a patent authorization for "A bearing detection method and system" (publication number: CN202410843397.4), which was submitted in June 2024. 


The patent overview shows that this invention belongs to the field of precision measurement technology, and aims to improve bearing detection methods and systems, especially to propose an effective solution to the problem of large bearing flange flatness measurement errors. The method includes assembling the inner ring of the bearing to the rotating shaft of the rotating component, and allowing one end of it to fit tightly with the end face of the rotating shaft. Then, a tensioning device is used to press the other end of the inner ring with a set pressure to make it in a predetermined position. After that, the driving part of the rotating component drives the rotating shaft and the inner ring to rotate at a specific speed. After a preset period of time, the drive stops. 

Subsequently, the stylus of the measuring instrument contacts the measuring surface of the outer ring of the bearing. In this state, the driving part is started again to drive the rotating shaft and the inner ring to rotate at different speeds, while the stylus collects measurement data. This method effectively reduces the error in the bearing flange flatness measurement.
