Impact Wrestling Viewership Following Bound For Glory PPV, Big Debuts & GHC Title Defense

The November 9th episode of Impact Wrestling drew approximately 250,000 viewers in the wake of their annual Bound For Glory pay-per-view. Numbers are down a little over 7% from last week’s go-home show, despite several big debuts, the television return of Alberto el Patron, and Eddie Edwards defending the GHC Heavyweight Championship.

This week’s show was the first in a large set taped in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada which could end becoming the promotion’s new home. It was recently announced that Impact Wrestling would be leaving the United States and its usual taping location at Universal Studios, instead of relocating closer to Canadian parent company Anthem.

In terms of competition, Impact was up against NFL Thursday Night Football (13.10mm viewers), The Big Bang Theory (13.8mm), the 300th episode of Grey’s Anatomy (8.13mm), Big Bang spinoff series Young Sheldon (12.39mm), and CBS sitcoms Mom (8.69mm) and Life in Pieces (6.53mm) in the final hour.
