According to TMZ, West has purchased a ranch in Cody, Wyoming, cementing his roots in the state as a place to call home for himself and his family—now complete with four children. On the market for $20 million, the property, named Monster Ranch, is fitted with a number of structures including a main home, but also includes a nearby restaurant, a freshwater lake and a saloon—sounds like quite the village. The property is also home to eight luxury cabins that can sleep up to 20 people, making it ideal for the large Kardashian family who would no doubt visit regularly.

The listing, which is still live on JP King’s real estate website, describes the ranch as “rich in history and lavish in beauty” with the added bonus of being perfect for fishing. With Western, rodeo-style roots dating back to the early 1900s, the property is a goldmine of culture—and being located in the “gateway to Yellowstone” the local area is known for being something of a natural wonder.

West has a famously visited the state a number of times, holidaying there with his family as well as inviting guests for an outdoor listening party for the launch of his album.

According to TMZ, the rapper is currently residing on the ranch recording his next album. While there’s been no confirmation from West himself, we’re imagining there’s going to be something of a Sunday Service held on the estate very soon.

Cowboy boots and fishing rods might not be a Kardashian-approved uniform, but it seems we’ll be seeing a whole lot more country style from the family if they do relocate to the famous rodeo state.
