Johnny Gargano Set To Battle Aleister Black In NXT Television’s First Ever Steel Cage Match

Johnny Gargano is in the midst of a brand new heel run in NXT. The man known as Johnny Wrestling is the same man that cost Aleister Black the NXT Championship. Gargano also put Black out of action, which ultimately led to their match at Takeover: WarGames on November 17.

But even though Aleister won that match, it appears that the feud with Gargano is only just beginning. The two men came face to face on the December 5 edition of NXT, where they confronted the current champ, Tommaso Ciampa.

Ciampa took the opportunity to play mind games with both men, suggesting they settle their differences inside of a steel cage. Gargano agreed and even claimed that he is not afraid of Black.

Johnny Wrestling was interviewed following NXT and spoke about facing Aleister Black in what is the second chapter of a rivalry that could continue for quite some time.
