Lille have not given up on Yusuf Yazici

La Voix du Nord and Manu Lonjon report this evening that Ligue 1 side Lille have not given up on signing 22-year-old Turkish attacking talent Yusuf Yazici from Trabzonspor.

Les Dogues have been locked in negotiations for the player for several weeks, but now face strong competition from Lazio in order to close a deal.

They are still trying, but have steadfastly refused to meet the Turkish giants’ €20m including bonuses ask.

The next days will be crucial in this ongoing negotiation, with Lille wanting their entire transfer window business to be finished before July is up.
