The third day of public hearings in the impeachment inquiry into President Trump are underway, with Jennifer Williams, senior adviser to Vice President Mike Pence, and Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, the top Ukraine expert on the National Security Council, testifying before the House Intelligence Committee in an open session. They’ll be followed by Kurt Volker, former U.S. special envoy to Ukraine, and Tim Morrison, the NSC’s top Russia and Europe adviser, on Tuesday afternoon.
