Monaco agree €15m fee with Strasbourg for Youssouf Fofana

RMC Sport report that AS Monaco have this morning concluded an agreement with Strasbourg to sign 21-year-old midfielder Youssouf Fofana for €15m.

ASM are still negotiating personal terms with this player and that will continue this afternoon.
