Mukesh Ambani, With Rs 3,80,700 Crore Net Worth, Is The Richest Indian For The 8th Consecutive Year

For the eighth consecutive year, Reliance Industries Ltd. Chairman Mukesh Ambani is the richest Indian with the net worth of Rs 3,80,700 crore.

“A record breaking 953 individuals have a minimum wealth of ₹1,000 crore — up by 15 per cent or 122 individuals compared to last year,” the IIFL Wealth Hurun India Rich List 2019 said.

It was 831 in 2018. The number of individuals in the list has grown by 181 per cent since Hurun India Rich List 2016.
