Neymar – PSG meeting yesterday

According to OK Diario, Neymar’s representatives met yesterday with PSG Sporting Director Olivier Létang and PSG’s Financial Director between 12:00 and 16:00 at the Grand Café de Paris, Boulevard des Capucines.

The player’s clan apparently wanted assurances of two key things: €25m a season and a guarantee that PSG are going to have a squad capable of winning the Champions League.

PSG assured Neymar’s representatives that they are willing to pay the €190m release clause.

The report claims that both parties would like to do the deal if possible. The final word will be had between Neymar’s father and PSG President Nasser Al Khelaifi.

Meetings have taken place, the target is still active, but there is one complicated point, the image rights. PSG want 100% of Neymar’s rights. Neymar’s camp wants to retain 50%.
