Whether Neymar is seeking to engineer a new contract through this exercise or is genuinely seeking to move to PSG, remains unclear. Likewise regarding whether or not PSG really intend to go all in for the Brazilian international or are intentionally causing chaos to Barcelona following their attempts earlier this window to destabilise Marco Verratti and his future.
