Supreme Court Finds No Problem In Rafale Deal, Modi Govt Can Go Ahead Without Any Probe

The Supreme Court has dismissed all the petitions seeking a court-monitored probe into the Rafale Fighter Jet deal stating that it did not find anything wrong in selection of Indian offset partners by Dassault.

The three-judge bench comprising of Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi Justices S K Kaul and K M Joseph, said it was satisfied by the procurement process, adding that it is not the court’s job to go into pricing when the need and quality of aircraft is not in doubt.
