Update on Next Invasion Angle, Title Changes, Hogan Changing Look

On this week’s Raw, Smackdown Commissoner Shane McMahon appeared and informed Kurt Angle that his show was “under siege.” Several members from the Smackdown roster proceeded to lay waste to most of the Raw roster. Surprisingly, the Raw roster did not retaliate on last night’s Smackdown show. However, the company is planning on having the members of Raw invade Smackdown soon. According to Cageside Seats, scheduling conflicts contributed to the invasion being postponed. The WrestleVotes Twitter account does claim that the invasion should be taking place soon, likely on either October 31st or November 14th.

Team Red will strike either next week 10/31 in Norfolk or the go home on 11/14 in Charlotte. Can’t on 11/7. Both brands have U.K. shows.

Survivor Series will be hosting numerous ‘Raw vs. Smackdown’ matches on the show, as well as several champion vs. champion matches. Some matches, such as Baron Corbin vs. The Miz, and Natalya vs. Alexa Bliss, have surprised fans since both involve two heels stepping into the ring together. Despite some rumors of title changes taking place before the Survivor Series pay-per-view circulating this week, Cageside Seats is reporting that no such title changes are currently booked before the pay-per-view in November. The plan appears to be to put on each match already announced for the event, so the card does indeed look to be set in stone.
Pro wrestling legend Hulk Hogan has had the same hairstyle now for several decades, so fans have been able to recognize Hogan almost instantly throughout his career. However, Hogan has just teased a drastic update to his usual look. Hogan recently sent out a tweet claiming that he was considering getting a “Stone Cold” haircut. This could be in reference to Stone Cold Steve Austin, a wrestler with a shaved head and a goatee. Hogan is seemingly implying that he may be shaving off his hair for good very soon. Whether he’s going to go through with it or not, Hogan seems to have Austin’s blessing on the new look.

It’s about time to give myself a Stone Cold haircut brother. HH
