Ahead of tonight’s WWE Battleground pay-per-view, where he returns to television to do battle with his former Shield running buddies Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose for the WWE Championship, Roman Reigns made his in-ring return at the WWE live event in Wildwood, New Jersey.

Reigns faced Kevin Owens in singles competition on Saturday night, marking the first official match he has had since violating WWE’s Wellness Policy and serving his mandatory suspension.
