WWE News: Update on Undertaker, More on Possible Kurt Angle Retirement Match
— As far as the Undertaker’s status with WWE goes, there appears to have been a change in heart over the last week. Originally, there was no mention at all internally of including Undertaker at either WrestleMania or the Saudi Arabia event in May, but over the last couple of days, the Wrestling Observer Radio reports that there have been discussions to have him on one or both of those cards.
— As we noted a few days ago, it was also suggested on Wrestling Observer Radio that there has been talk backstage of having Kurt Angle wrestle at WrestleMania in what would likely be viewed as a “retirement” type match though at this time, there have been no indications on an opponent. We had heard that John Cena’s name was being thrown around, perhaps as the most suitable opponent for Angle to go out against.
